Can I return a product?

No, under no circumstances do we accept returns as they are products used to be in contact with intimate parts, so we reject any return unless the product has a factory defect or we have made a mistake in sending another color or size to the chosen one. for you.

Can I change size?

Yes, you can change your size as long as no more than 3 hours have passed since you placed the order. You must write us an email to devoluciones@intiimus.com requesting it. Remember to include your order number.

You can also choose to change sizes once you have received the product. In this case you must always be responsible for the costs of return and new shipment of the size.

SIZE CHANGE COSTS:

- Return to our facilities: €8.75

- New shipment: €7.95

Please note that the new shipment would carry a charge to be paid upon delivery in the amount of €16.70, which is the sum of the return and new shipment.

How do I return an order?

If your purchase has a manufacturing defect and you wish to return an item, please contact us by email. devoluciones@intiimus.com , indicating the order number and the reason for your return. Please note that you have a period of 7 calendar days from receipt of your order to make a return. After this time, your product will not be accepted for return. We will take care of the cost of shipping to our facilities.

Our team will review the returned product and send further instructions if the return is approved. Don't worry, we accept almost all returns! Returned items must be in their original packaging and including any accessories. Returned items must be unused (except for products that have prior proof of product acceptance), in the same condition in which we sent them to you, with their labels and in their original packaging. Stains, breaks caused by you in the packaging, etc. will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to our facility or manufacturer is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right not to return it or exchange it. 

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and packaging attached. Include the original order packing slip in your return package (if you have one). Returns from multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays. If your order was purchased with a gift card, you will only be refunded directly to the gift card.

We ask that you wear underwear when trying on your purchase for the first time.

Swēt reserves the right to deny any return.

What information should I indicate in the email?

  • Order number. (Example: #77145SW)
  • Proof of purchase. (Example: account debit screenshot)
  • Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable).
  • Complete shipping address.
  • Phone number.

In some cases, you may be asked to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or replace the product.

How long does this process take?

Processing returns may take up to 15 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed. For items returned with a defect, a refund will be credited to your payment method used for the returned products, excluding shipping costs in any case. Exceptions are included and apply.

How and when will I receive my refund?

All refunds for products with defects will be credited in the same payment method in which you made your purchase within a period of up to 15 business days from acceptance of the return.

IMPORTANT: For all products on sale, promotion or discount, the refund will be made in the form of a store credit or gift card for the total amount of the order, minus the return shipping costs, if we accept your return. Except for products with a manufacturing defect, in which case the amount paid will be returned to the payment method used.

You will have 180 days from the time the store credit or gift card is issued to redeem it. Once 180 days have passed, you will not be able to redeem it and you will not be able to make any type of claim in this regard.

How can I change or cancel an order?

We allow you to modify the details of an order or cancel it within a maximum period of 3 hours from the purchase. To do this, contact our customer service center at devoluciones@intiimus.com and create a query providing your order details.
